Their company is top tier after hurricane Beryl damaged my home alot of shaddy roofers came to my neighborhood with different quotes free but non of them I trusted to do the job, so I waited until I saw my neighbors getting their roofs done by their company and I asked and they were willing to work with my insurance company and walked me through the entire process from picking out my shingles to actually speaking with my insurance adjusters if anything else was needed very professional, pictures were sent to me during the entire process so that I could show my mortgage company upon completion. Felix was my point of contact and Jonathan was also there aswell willing to assist with any of my questions or needs, their entire team was professional from start to finish my roof was done in a day, the clean up was great because I swear I'm a neat freak it looked like they were never there except I had a brand new roof. I love supporting supporting small business especially people that come from the same area I come from, and Annex Roofing came in and handled business at one of my bosses rental properties. Needless to say we will be using them for every roof we need in the future. Jonathon communicated well and was very professional. They gave us a start date and stuck to it.
